Since the establishment of The SHUI YUAN Electric Corporation in 1950, during half century that we acquired a reputation for honesty and trust comes first, superior quality as customer service and innovation, with this we insist on one faith and creating brand "ALASKA", The SHUI YUAN Electric Corporation begins invest in the R&D, manufacturing silence exhaust fans, artistic ceiling fans...etc.

In February of 1950, Mr. Lieu Yen-Sheng (grandfather of the president chairman) founded SHENG YUAN IRON WORKS, as an enterprise of single ownership, specializing in the manufacturing of electric ceiling fans and desk fans for domestic market.

In 1961, the enterprise was changed from single ownership to partnership, and began to develop motors for electric fans. The plant was moved to Shui Yuan Road, the present address.

In 1962, started to manufacture Engines, Pumps and Blowers, as well as Bolts and Nuts, using the self-designed & self made machinery.

In 1971, developed Knitting Machines, and expanded product lines to include Desk Fans, Stand Fans, Exhaust & Ventilation Fans, and Box Fans.

In 1972, the started to open up and promote overseas market under the brandname of “ALASKA”.

In 1976, the capital was increased and the current company name SHENG YUAN ELECTRIC CO., LTD. was adopted to reflect its nature of business, Mr. Lieu Cheng -Ta was appointed as chairman of the company.

In 1981, the 1st subsidiary company, PAN AIR ELECTRIC CO., LTD. was set up to produce Decorative Ceiling Fans.

In 1987, PAN AIR cooperated with some U.S.A incorporations and Japanese companies to manufacture Induction Motors.

In 1989, the 3rd multi-company, POWER BASE CO., LTD. was set up which manufacturing every kind of Induction Motor, and Automatic Door.

In 1989, the 4th multi-company, RINKA CORPORATION was set up which manufacturing machineries and equipment.

In 1989, SHENG YUAN cooperated with a Japanese company to manufacture Exhaust Fan by O.D.M. base for Japanese market.

In 1993, the subsidiary company, ALASKA ELECTRIC CORP. (U.S.A) was set up at L.A, USA for warehouse sales and service of Ceiling Fan at USA markets.

In 1995, SHENG YUAN cooperated with a famous Japanese company to produce Vacuum Cleaner by O.D.M. base.

In 1995, the multi-company, YUAN TZE PRECISION CO., LTD. was set up which manufacturing Cord Reel, Metal Precision Press Parts and Precision Instruments.

In 1997, the joint venture company, TPW, HONG YUAN CO., LTD. was set up to produce the high tech. Chemical Pump.

In 1998, AIR BASE CO., LTD was set up to produce Exhaust Fan and Vacuum Cleaner by O.D.M base.

In 2003, the multi-company, HARTFORD METALTECH CO., LTD. was set up to produce the ELCTRICAL MACHINERY PARTS, BENDING-BOX PRODUCTS, CONTINUING TOOLING.

In 2007, Power Base started investigating the Medical Treatment and Equipment.

In 2008, Power Base had first bulk orders for the Medical Treatment and Equipment.

In 2008, Pair Air started investigating and inventing DC motor fan.
 

In 2009, Pan Air build our own brand name "VENTO" and start sharing "High Quality" ceiling fans with all the buyers worldwide.

In 2010, Pan Air develop DC motor ceiling fan with the greatest combination of power, versatility, technology, and energy efficiency
